We have strong working relationships with numerous port authorities, infrastructure providers, designers, architects, marine civils contractors and ship operators for whom we carry out marine construction.
Our workshops are well equipped with the latest metal working tools and equipment and are ideally placed to carry out smaller bespoke works or larger scale production type works alike. Examples of recent works undertaken include the design, build and delivery of accommodation modules, floating pontoons and barges, access brows, house boats, railings, stairways, benches, brackets, pipe and service systems, and structural steel work. Marine construction is considered core business across our site network - we have the ‘know how’ and experience.
Our qualified welders and fabricators possess the skills and knowledge to work within the requirements of all principle IACS member organisations on both steel and aluminium construction. All welder qualifications carry IACS member organisation endorsement.
We maintain approval for the welding and fabrication of structural metalwork in accordance with EN:1090 Execution Class 3, meaning we possess the capability to CE mark our structural metal work as is legally required under the construction products regulations (CPR). Our factory production control system is certified and audited by UKAS accredited BSI, giving our customers total peace of mind - something which many of our competitors simply can’t offer.
Additionally we employ an in-house responsible welding coordinator to help oversee and implement quality control measures in the delivery of our works.
